Tracking daily work accurately can quickly become tedious, especially given ongoing projects. Worse, mere text notes don't allow for precise project- and employee-based tracking. Thus, the challenge was to create a work-tracking tool that accommodated the free-typing notes teams were already using in daily stand-up meetings, while incorporating defined projects and team members. To solve this, the go/Work tool quickly moves through team members in sequence, mirroring a stand-up meeting, affording free-typed notes. Meantime, the notes fields automatically detect keywords for projects and team members, intelligently based on what the team is already working on. In addition, quick access to relevant projects are available below the field.
